"The product is fine but I’m not too satisfied with the customer service. I went on the website to contact them about exchanging my chain for a larger( longer ) one - went on the “ chat” feature , sat there and waited and waited, they said they would breaking in a few minutes. They never did. So I emailed asking the question- with the chat feature do they respond right there in the chat (which is what I would expect) or through an email. They responded that they respond through the chat, but they didn’t. Anyway, I tried calling next- no person answered the call- couldn’t leave a message- I was just instructed to email. Which I did. And I haven’t heard anything from them.🙁"
